Students, as we come to the close of another school year, it is time to enact our end of year check-out process for all of our students.  This will be different from previous years due to the nature of our current situation.  Seniors and Adult students can begin returning items and picking up personal belongings from lockers and/or classrooms starting May 18th.   Underclassmen (current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders) can begin returning items and picking up their personal belongings starting May 26th

 

Students should not book an appointment to turn in items until AFTER they are sure they are no longer needed.  In order to still comply with social distancing guidelines we would like to limit the amount of trips made to return materials so please only complete a booking once you are ready to return all items.   

Read through the following information so that all items signed out to students can be collected and accounted for in an effective and efficient manner.  Any items not returned may result in the student incurring obligation fees.

  • Go to the online booking system to select a day/time to come to campus and drop off materials.  Please make sure that you are answering all of the required questions as this will help the process run smoother.  On the day selected, park in the corresponding parking space you selected during your booking and call the front office.  We will come out to collect the items as you remain in your car.

      • All PATHS students will park in front of Building 5 (PATHS Building)
    • oTECH Bookings Site:  https://tinyurl.com/y88twrbd
      • oTECH students who do not attend PATHS and all Adult students will park in front of Building 1 (oTECH Administration)
  • Books should be placed in a plastic bag with your name and ID number attached to the bag for reference
    • If you have both oTECH DE Books and PATHS academic book, they will need to be placed in separate bags as we will be taking them to different locations for check-in
  • Laptops should be returned with charging cord
  • Hotspots (if applicable) will need all parts returned
  • Any other instructional materials that you received that are property of the school should be placed in its own plastic bag and returned at this time as well
