Nursing Assistant (Articulated)

The content includes but is not limited to interpersonal skills, medical terminology, legal and ethical responsibilities, safe and efficient work, gerontology, nutrition, pet facilitated therapy, health and safety including Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) heart saver level, and employability skills.  The Certified Nursing Assistant program is approved by the Florida Board of Nursing.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
7:00 am - 2:00 pm

7:00 am - 1:00 pm


Estimated program cost $1,169 in tuition, lab fees, certifications, and other fees.

Program Requirements

TABE Test: This program does not have TABE test score requirements. However, the TABE test scores or an exemption is required to enroll in the program.

Basic Health Care Worker - 90 hours
Home Health Aide - 75 hours

Occupational Completion Points

Nurse Aide and Orderly - 75 hours
*Successful completion of an OCP may qualify a student for employment.
